union

its the Queen who rises beneath the tongue
to be adored, to embrace devotion
the slim barrier of resistance breaks
to flood the body with white fire

O God
take from me my honey

O horned one
exchange with me the sun n moon

My supplicant
pray here between my thighs
and the breath shall be my song

your fingers playing upon holy chords
stripping from me the maidens mask

ripping from me the tangled vine
the grapes fat with ecstacys juice

there is no wait of darkness
right here
this moment we give in to lifes urge

and animals escape the flesh
to circle, to devour, to purge restraint

and i die, and i die, beneath the waves
between the rising n falling of arched surrender

to be born again in the kiss
to be born in the pools of eyes that do not look away
