coo

a rap upon the door its morning

wood n chime metallic windsong

a wrinkle upon the waters serene

it seems i have stepped down from a dream

eyes wide open

dancing out loud

sun warms the skin

the heart bursts a thousand times

we walk without chains

and speak without flinching

seen, known, held in open hand

a flower opening its that simple

the stumbles are slow motion

the untended shades the wild brambles

shrink with the knowledge of the heart

and i dust myself off I dust MYSELF off

and there are times i feel to turn to you silently

to reach out and touch your worried face

as milk that soothes the child in the man

i could sink into the blue of your eyes

and spend eternity at your side

in only a moment a breath no seperation

i saw a dove today
