memory

crocodiles in my tears

a widows web does bind

stretching out the tattered wings

cutting loose the choking vine

crawling skin with silken worm

stitched the lips are salty

haunt me with your monotone

seduce me with my own delusion

this is no intrusion, i asked you to come in

chasing fireflies on childhood laughter

memory fleeting in the thin colors of summers day
